For crypto payments, transactions occur directly between your wallet and the network — we never have access to your private keys or funds. For PayPal payments, PayPal processes the transaction and we do not see or store your payment method details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. The limited data we hold (third-party platform username, one identificator, and email if provided by OAuth) is used exclusively within EZAltz to operate the Service. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the limited information we store, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure server infrastructure.

We retain your third-party platform username, identificator, and email (if provided) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us via Discord. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
