Most configuration issues can be resolved quickly — we will try to fix the problem and deliver the correct account at no extra charge.   2. If the issue cannot be resolved, provide your transaction details and a description of the problem.
  3. Submit your request within 7 days of purchase.
  4. Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase (PayPal or x402/crypto), net of any third-party processing fees.
