Refund Policy

At EZAltz, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our Steam Account Generator and Marketplace.
1. Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
- PayPal — convenient and widely supported.
- x402 protocol — non-custodial crypto payments (USDC and other supported cryptocurrencies) with 0% platform fee.
2. Digital Goods Policy
Steam accounts are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: The account was not delivered within a reasonable time due to a technical error on our platform.
- Incorrect Configuration: The delivered account does not match the configuration you selected (wrong country, wrong guard type) and our platform confirms the configuration mismatch.
- Non-Functional Account: The account credentials provided do not work and the issue is confirmed by our support team.
4. Incorrect Configuration — Contact Us First
Before requesting a refund for an incorrect configuration, please contact us on our Discord server first. Most configuration issues can be resolved quickly — we will try to fix the problem and deliver the correct account at no extra charge. Refunds for incorrect configuration are only processed if we are unable to resolve the issue after you've reached out.

5. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds are generally NOT granted in the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: You no longer want the account after purchase.
- Steam Region Lock Changes: Steam's regional policies changed after your purchase, affecting account usability. This is outside our control.
- Account Actions by Steam/Valve: Any account restriction, ban, or limitation imposed by Valve/Steam after the account was delivered to you.
- Incorrect Configuration Without Prior Contact: If you did not contact us on Discord to attempt resolution before requesting a refund for configuration issues.
6. Refund Amount
We refund only the price of the accounts. Any payment processing fees charged by third parties are not refunded:
- PayPal: Refunds are for the account purchase price only. PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable as they are charged by PayPal, not by EZAltz.
- x402 / Crypto: Refunds are for the account purchase price only. Network/gas fees associated with the original transaction and the refund transaction are not controlled by EZAltz and are not refunded.
EZAltz charges a 0% platform fee — there are no additional deductions or restocking fees from our side.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- For incorrect configurations: Contact us on Discord first — we will try to fix the issue.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, provide your transaction details and a description of the problem.
- Submit your request within 7 days of purchase.
- Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase (PayPal or x402/crypto), net of any third-party processing fees.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our team lead via the Discord server. We are committed to fair and reasonable outcomes and will work with you to resolve disputes in good faith.
