Welcome to EZAltz. By accessing or using ezaltz.com and the platform at reborn.ezaltz.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

EZAltz is an automated Steam account generation and management platform. We provide tools to generate, configure, and manage Steam gaming accounts. We charge 0% platform fee; you pay only the account purchase price via the x402 payment protocol.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Obligations

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information when using the Service; (b) use the Service only for lawful purposes; (c) not use the Service to violate any third-party terms of service, including Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement; (d) not engage in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access; and (e) not resell, redistribute, or repackage our Service without explicit written permission.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed via the x402 protocol using USDC or other supported cryptocurrencies. EZAltz charges a 0% platform fee. You are responsible for any network/gas fees associated with your cryptocurrency transactions. All sales are final as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The EZAltz name, logo, website design, software, and content are the intellectual property of EZAltz. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. EZAltz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services (e.g., Discord, wallet providers). We do not control and are not responsible for these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZAltz and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to EZAltz in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZAltz and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or Discord. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
